What are you running at with the bad (?) regulator? When the one in the chevelle went bad I was running at 16v... it was a long time and a set of points before I caught on what was going on. Oops. (I have a voltage gauge now)

I have the opposite problem, I haven’t seen it charge past 11.5 volts.

Interesting! Hopefully the regulator does it and it’s not an alternator problem
